Our firm on its own and in it’s partnership with the Conflict Consensus Centre offers mediation as a process to resolve disputes. Our highly trained and experienced mediators will work with the parties involved to assist them in finding their own solutions outside of litigation. We can also assist in building agreements out of new relationships between prospective partners. A successful mediation can build or preserve a relationship between parties. It can also serve as a speedy and very cost effective alternative to the traditional litigation process.
