Robert Bigioni received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1983, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. Rob has been engaged since that time in a widely scoped general commercial litigation practice. He has been a partner of the firm since 2001.
More specifically, Rob’s practice covers debtor/creditor matters, including both secured and unsecured collections, mortgage enforcement, bankruptcy and insolvency matters contract, real estate and construction litigation.
Rob has focused on practical and cost-effective resolutions through the use of alternative procedures such as applications, injunction and summary judgment motions, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
Rob is a member of the St. Mary’s Church finance committee, and is active on the Executive of the Simcoe County Law Association.
